Every year, digital media brands and buyers gather in NYC for two monotonous weeks of back-to-back presentations and client engagement events. Our team at AOL Inc. decided to shock that system with a massive experiential event. About 3,500 attendees turned up for our nighttime block party in Manhattan’s Seaport District, exploring pop-up activations from brands like TechCrunch, MAKERS, and BUILD — plus performances by Snoop Dogg, Wiz Khalifa, Demi Lovato, and Years & Years.
